Hi, welcome to my portfolio. I'm Amir, and I'm a 5th-year Computer Science Ph.D. candidate at the University of California, Riverside. My research focuses on computational biology, with interests in genome editing (CRISPR), algorithm design, and large-scale data analysis. I build open-source tools that help make biological data more accessible, efficient, and scalable. I usually spend my free time working out, hiking, reading books, practicing German, or playing my guitars 🎸 Here's my GitHub and here's my LinkedIn.
The best way to contact me is via my e-mail at [email protected]. Here are my GitHub and LinkedIn. Here is my CV.
